First, let me say that shipping was faster than expected. The item arrived before the earliest expected delivery date and tracking was clear and concise. This is not an uncommon issue for products coming out of mainland China.With that out of the way, lets proceed.The product I ordered is the Dark Commander/Black Optimus Prime/Nemesis Prime.Scale:This figure stands the EXACT same height as WFC Earthrise Optimus Prime. The truck is about the same size too.Robot Mode:Highly detailed mold and paint application. Articulation is top notch. You would have to get a "masterpiece" grade to get more articulation, specifically hand/finger articulation.Articulation joints are tight. The figure will reliably remain in the desired pose for display.Vehicle Mode:Wow. This is the first version of Prime that I have(I own several) that actually has a fifth wheel for pulling a trailer. If a trailer is offered or I find one in the future by this company for this figure, I will be getting it.The cab is very nicely detailed as well. The wheels feature a chromed inner wheel and black plastic tires. While rubber tires would have been nice, rubber tires have a history across all toys and toylines of degrading after a few years and can be hard to replace, so this is no issue at all. The black color scheme also nicely hides most of the panel lines on the cab.Transformation:Again, wow. As mentioned earlier, I have several versions of this figure, including the original 1985 reissue, and both WFC Siege and WFC Earthrise, as well as an MP10(masterpiece). This is THE most complex transformation out of all the figures I have. Care must be taken as several of the joints and hinges are almost too tight. When going back and forth, every hinged joint has a place it pegs into in both modes, and it is IMPORTANT to get those pieces pegged in properly, or the next steps may not be possible.Final thoughts:This is clearly aimed at the adult collector market. Not, repeat NOT, a toy for children. This is a model for us grown up children.There are those individuals who want to scream that this is a KO(Knock Off), and should not be purchased as the original copyright holder should be supported. To this I say simply that the original copyright holder can stop pricing themselves out of the general market. Also, KO models can offer options, such as color scheme or accessories, that may not be officially available, or in some cases be substantially better models. I have several KOs that I purchased after looking at the originals and determining that I did not like the "official" release.Add this one to your collection. You won't be disappointed.

Looks very cool. I’m mostly happy. Sadly, I discovered the right leg is slightly split at the seem. Though, for the price I’m not too mad. It’s just for display anyways.

You know, for a knockoff it's actually pretty well made. Its based off of an actual hasbro toy from the Bumblebee movie. I really liked this version of optimus cus he has a modernized clean look but still calls back to his classic G1 form.

bought this figure just to see how it was as I started a collection for my 8 mo son. This 3rd party Megatron is very detailed and does not feel cheaply made at all. It looks so good that we decided to display it in the box instead of takimg it out. Do recvomend this item and will order the other figures from seller soon....

Really cool looking. Unfortunately we bought 2 of these and both ended up breaking around the feet. Guess that's why it's called a deformation bot. Lol sorry. I could not send back for a refund as my kids really liked them. Don't buy this for your kids and be very careful with transforming.

Best $30 I’ve ever spent. He looks fantastic!

Baiwei Megatron is a great modified SS-57, It feels heavier than your average Studio Series figure because of a few die-cast parts from the legs, it has masterpiece levels of paint and the plastic quality is on par with the plastic Hasbro uses although mine had a few excess plastic from the darker plastic parts it was overall nothing that affected the transformation and it was an easy fix. Although that being said, the joins were a bit stiff out of the box but articulating them fixed them for mine and it could be fixed by loosening up the screws. That being said, as you can see from the second image, he is taller than ss rotf megatron and the 2007 one as well from what I’ve seen, this is because of the modifications that were implemented to this 4th party figure has. This figure is a definite recommend and a great alternative for the original studio series and premium finish figure!
