This lock is actually very good. Works smoothly so far. It makes life very easy and convenient. Need a carpenter to instal it. Good after sales service as well

Basic criteria of a lock is it should be strong and sturdy, this is made of very bad quality plastic and the electronics do not look reliable at all. And the lock does not even fix properly due to its poor quality and the wires are so thin, it will just break. Disappointing product. Amazon should stop Indian companies selling cheap quality Chinese products as their own.

Faulty product
The device doesn’t have a reset button as shown in the product. I am not able to add a finger print. No contact for company installation as well. Waste of money.
