I've found that they last about 3 or 4 weeks before the silicone starts to stretch and slide. When that happens, I just remove them, wash the eyeglass earpieces and put on a new pair of ear grips from the box. It's nice to have such a simple and inexpensive solution.

These are great. I use them 24/7 with my glasses and they definitely help keep them on my face. I pair them with nose grippers and my glasses just simply do not move. They're really comfortable, just be careful if you wear a hat with them, they can press into your skin if the hat is a bit tight. Otherwise I love having them, they do the job!
