It really makes an ambiance. I will be asking for an exchange or a return at this point bc it is saying they are out of this product for purchase. The delay is due to us moving in sept. and we had them saved in the box they were delivered in so we could set them up for xmas, when I tried to put new batteries in, EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM DID NOT WORK....? we tried other batteries multiple times and concluded the entire batch is non functional :( (they do NOT look damaged at all) I have had these candles for years and continue to buy more along with a steady stream of batteries coming in on a consistent basis bc we love to have these on ALL OF THE TIME. I will be emailing the owners and I really hope they can help us with this mishap. I would love to rave about these as they typically are amazing and wonderful but I will do that when I have these candles lighting up our house again.Hopeful,Sandra ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely love and truly realistic at night - Automatically turn on each night for set time and light intensity *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on December 27, 2016* My candles came damaged - the wax on the outside is real and the plastic packaging material melted onto them. I contacted Bingolife and they were great to work with and replaced the damaged candles. The candles are so great! They have the moving, realistic flame, which means there is a plastic flame that moves back and forth (it looks cheesy and fake during the day when off). At night, the light bounces off the moving plastic which is what makes it look so real. They have a coating of wax on the outside to make them more realistic. The remote control will control more than one set - meaning if you have two sets - they can both be controlled with one remote and the second can be a spare. The candles come on again at the same time each night - there is no setting for that - it just does it. You can use the remote to set how long they are on for (2, 4, 6, or 8 hours) and to set the amount of light/flicker of the candles. These look so real at night that my husband momentarily gets worried about how close they are to the curtains. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ and I like them a lot *by P***S on Reviewed in the United States on February 6, 2017* I caught these candles on an Amazon flash sale before Christmas, and I like them a lot.
