Haven't yet used to carry drinks. So cannot comment on if leak-proof yet.Bigger than expected. Sturdy glass container. Glass doesn't get hot on the outside. So can hold even without the rubber holder.

Good quality glass and silicone!
I usually don’t trust online shopping for mugs, but one with silicone grip and cover was not available in my area. This cup is decent size, fits one glass of water. I sterilised the cup and silicone before use in boiling water. Quality is good. Strong, thick glass cup and silicone is also not flimsy.

Not leak proof.
Though the product is good, I noticed it isn't completely leak proof. There will be a small amount of leakage of your beverage when traveling with this mug.
