Beautiful but flawed
The overall quality is good. The handle is beautiful and the ferrule is quality brass. However, the blade edge is not straight so I will have to work on it to get it true. Still works quite well and sharp out of the box. I very much like this brand and many of my tools are Owden tools. I love them.

Good bang for your buck!
Although owden tools are made in China and I typically try to stay away from Chinese made items when possible. You really can't beat the price/quality/material/aesthetic that your getting with most of owden's leather hand tools. Like most tools they might need a quick strop before using. Highly recommended.
