It doesn’t curl up, it is thick and durable and so easy to wipe off and clean up and it is heat resistant I haven’t tried that part yet but it seems to be doing everything it says it can

I make cinnamon rolls as Holiday presents for the neighbors. They are so messy to make. Each recipe makes three balls of dough to roll out, top with melted butter and cinnamon. I would clean my countertop after each completed ball of dough. What a chore. My mother made them on a board, which was what I have been looking for when I found this. This makes such quick work out of each clean up. The other thing that helped me so much were the ruler lines. I would line up the jelly roll to the inch line and then cut each roll the exact same width. Always use to eyeball it. I don't know how I managed to live without this for so long. Looking forward to using this for pie crusts also. Even if you don't bake, this silicone mat will make anything you do on your counter so much easier. Then wash off and lay flat and put a T towel over it to dry. Roll up and you're done.

very useful thing

Buy this if you make dough a lot. It sticks to the surface and makes rolling out dough much easier. It doesn’t move around or bunch up. It is thin so if your looking for something thicker this ain’t it but you don't really need anything thicker imo.

This is the best thing ever. It stays put, easy to clean and store. I would definately recommend this.
