Rather annoyingly this is not compatible with Hozelock type fittings. Althogh it is the correct size, it is not long enough to push in the plunger and allow the water to flow, so not much good for anything really.

I have only had this item a couple of weeks and it has snapped in half due to the bore has made the wall of the thread too thinI suggest you done buy these.

fast delivered, item works perfectly with my shower hose 1/2 inch (around 18mm) so I can connect my shower hose to my garden hose 1/2 inch

I bought these to replace some very weak plastic ones on the end of a long reach brush and so far no further issues.

They work well and not flimsy unlike plastic type.

I got these for my mum's hose as someone broke the plastic ones we had and I could not find any in the shop. They fit her hose great no leaks. Worth the money.
