I have very sensitive years and these were fine for me even for a long day of wearing. I only needed a couple for some charms that I had gotten, but they did the trick and I plan on keeping them around in case I need them in the future. I found them quite easy to use with a small pair of needle nose pliers. I did buy some plastic stoppers for the backs separately, and I suggest getting some small rings to use with them, but I'm overall very happy with these.

My daughter and I have extremely sensitive ears. Even the gold piercing studs irritated us, and our ears wouldn’t fully heal until we tried surgical steel several months after we got pierced. These helped her ears heal. I will be transferring all our fun dangly earrings to these hooks.

I'm so happy with these! I have sensitive skin that reacts to most metals and needed surgical steel for my favorite earrings because they were making my ears red and hurt. Since I changed out the hooks I've had zero irritation, pain or redness from wearing my earrings! Can't wait to swap out all of my other earring hooks because I haven't been able to wear most of my earrings due to the cheap metals used for them. These are a godsend and for such an amazing price!!

I am incredibly pleased with this purchase. It arrived in about a week, which was today. I changed out a dozen sterling silver hooks with these. I am thrilled that they do not bother my ears at all. I recently decided I wanted to use 40 years of silver earrings again. I put the protective sleeves on but could not get them in my ear holes. I tried that polish that supposed to keep away ear irritation. That did not work for me. These surgical steel earring hooks are truly hypo-allergenic. None were broken, and they are not flimsy.

These are decent quality and a good quantity for the price. Definitely Antique copper rather than red copper - which is what I was looking for. I've not had any sensitivity and feel comfortable giving these as gifts and/or selling these. Be sure to always clean new earposts with alcohol before wearing.

Last night I wore a pair of favorite earrings that I haven't been able to wear over the last several years. I always have worn chandelier earrings, and suddenly I became allergic to them.I found the only ones that didn't hurt were the surgical steel.This is the only place I could find them, so I switched out a pair of fishhooks for these... And they worked amazingly!!! Thank you so much!!!❤️❤️❤️

Surgical Steel are magnetic. These are not magnetic. Begs me to believe they are not as advertised.Shame really because they look nice. But not good enough for my requirements.
