I have too say am very impressed!! I’ve had in the pass 2 kickers L7 also 2 12 JL ‘s I’ve own plenty of 12 inch speakers with plenty of cheater amps I’ve Ben around the block as I’ve right now I still have a few cheater amps put away i still have 1 kicker ZR1000 and a ZR600 also a few ADS amps ..I own a Audi b8.5 I didn’t want to put 2 12’s in my trunk this time I wanted to upgrade the factory 10 inch subwoofer and a separate amp just for the 10 inch sub.. so I bought this 10 inch and I installed it where the factory sub was on the back top wow it almost didn’t fit I didn’t realize it was tall but it did.. I also sealed everything back there I used my alpine cheater amp as it’s only one Chanel And small amp it’s pushing 700 watts perfect for the speaker..the speaker i got was 10K9D4 4ohms wired to 2 ohms . this set up sounds nice it hits very low I have to say am impressed how it sounds.. some of my friends that have 2 12’s in there trunk couldn’t believe I was pushing 1 10 inch.. anyone reading this that don’t know to much about stereo systems keep in mind that a good brand amp comes a long way and keep in mind I have 4 cheater amps one of my amps is a true rms 1000 watt and I didn’t install that because it’s only 1 10 inch subwoofer and the most I’ll give this speaker is 600 to 700 watts Without blowing the speaker and trust me that’s plenty for one 10 inch this setup hits good in every music I throw at it ..I never owned 10 inch speakers I always went with 2 12inch ..now if I bought 2 of these speakers then I would of used my ZR600 cheater amp I still wouldn’t use the ZR1000 I would only use my ZR1000 if I had two 12’s my point is u don’t need to use a kicker ZR1000 cheater amp on 1 10 inch subwoofer u will blow this speaker ..I don’t understand y companies say 3000 watts on a speaker when true rms is 600 watts it confuses the newbies.. hope this helps someone That doesn’t know to much ..agin for the price of this speaker u can beat it ..I went with speaker because I didn’t want a box in my trunk o I forgot to mention I had a 10 inch kicker 8 ohm speaker with the factor amp before I installed my alpine cheater amp and this monster subwoofer ..5 stars for this speaker good price and well built speaker and very very fast shipping Update 2021 I ended up buying a second one these speakers with a good amp pounds I only had 1 at first I replaced the factory 10 inch to this speaker and I sounds like I have 2 12 inch subs in my car every one that hears it can’t believe the setup I have it hits nice I bought a nother one that’s how good these speakers are I have no complaint I can’t believe how well made these speakers are for the price . And the package is very well packaged for delivery..

Bought the 10" K9D4 3200 w max sub. and have it with a MB Quartz 1500 watt mono amp. Bumps lovely but sometimes depending on the song it will clip the amp. So I have to pull over, pop the trunk and reset the amp in the middle of traffic ( and look like a cornball ) then lower the volume a notch or two depending if the song has long deep bass on it.....then I got to keep it on 22 volume level, can't roll it up to 25 where I like it. So all the mirror shake and rattle and sometimes the trunk just pops open in the middle of the freeway going 90mph because of the banging of the dual K9 box. Love it! Got to get me a MB Quartz 2000 watt amp to try that set up. Maybe no clipping there. I just like the bass control level all the way up. I'm an all balls to the wall kind-a-guy. Rockville amps are too expensive right now for me but maybe by the end of the year Ol' Saint Nick can hook it up! I guess depends if I'm mistah Nice guy Aah! and grease him with a box of Chips-a-hoy....that fat old bearded guy HoHoHo!

I mounted this subwoofer in a waterproof ported enclosure so I can remove it out of my boat. I have always wanted a great sound in my boat, this definitely hit the bullseye. I did the enclosure because I do not always need the subwoofer in my boat so I can remove it when I don't need it. I was worried this thing wouldn't sound that great.......I was sooooo wrong this thing bumps like no bodies business. I hooked it up to a Rockville RXM-S6 amp and this thing pushes it great and I have other channels for the rest of my speakers. You guys have my vote and so far many of my friends who have heard the system will become customers as well. My head unit is the Rockville RGHR2 love the set up. I have a set of 8" rockville marine speakers and 2 sets of 6.5" polks. great sound for the money. GET YA'LL SOME!!

I wasn't sure what to expect. First off..the speaker has some weight to it. Once I ohm it down to one. The neighbors was wondering how much power my two 15 have. When I showed em it was a 10 inch his jaw dropped and so did my bass!!! Superb sub. It looks expensive and it plays loud!! 3,200 watts loud..
