I love this printer and scale. It saves me so much time from having to stand in line at the post office. You are able to print many different types and sizes of labels. The scale is pretty accurate. Loading the labels in the printer is simple and fast!

I have tried other brands and always come back to their one.

Is a little damage the box but things like this little detail sometimes can make the machines no works cuz that can mean this box was drop so no have care of the items. Other then than fast service

Absolutely love this label printer. So easy to set up, I have a windows computer. I did read a lot of reviews here on Amazon before I chose this one. I sell on Etsy, so this has been a dream!!! Love it.

I had two of these printers in the last three years and run a small business that does a few hundred orders a month. The first one broke down after I moved, so I figured it might have been something with the move. It would just spit out paper and not print or print one and then spit out paper until I stopped it. I tried updating software, uninstalling / re-installing the drivers, and nothing.

Terrible printer. Prints well when it does but then constant error status for no apparent reason. Have been putting up with one for a year and I have wasted hours and hours disconnecting it and reconnecting to get to work again. Don't waste your money.
