So happy to find your product.It is not squishy soft, nor did I want it to be. Surface of material is smoothly soft. It is a steed for thin muslin dolls with poseable wired arms and legs to ride. Unicorn's slightly stocky body width and strong neck are perfect for the dolls' gangly wired legs and arms to go around.
