Not used them long enough to give a full review but nice packaging

This is my second time buying these 5HTP tablets. The first time I bought these tablets I had a bad experience with them and I got a refund for them. I decided to give these tablets another try because I found out the first time I bought these the tablets I was sent were out of date which explains why I had a bad reaction to them when I didn't have a bad reaction to 5HTP gummies I've tried. This time I checked the best before date very carefully before taking any of these tablets and this time the tablets I've been sent are not out of date and I haven't had a bad reaction to them so far. I had been taking 5HTP in gummy form before I tried these tablets and after being on 5HTP for about a month in total including from when I started with 5HTP gummies and when I switched to tablets I've noticed my anxiety isn't as bad and my mood has been much better so I definitely think 5HTP is the best natural antidepressant I've tried. I have also tried St John's Wort for depression and anxiety but that gave me very severe headaches and raised my blood pressure to dangerous levels which made me worried about trying any other kind of herbal medicine for depression and anxiety. I'm glad I decided to give 5HTP another try as it really does seem to help with my depression and anxiety. Do be aware that there are some antidepressants and other medications that can't be taken with 5HTP so if you are already on antidepressants prescribed by a doctor you MUST speak to the doctor who prescribed them for you before you take anything with 5HTP in it to make sure it's safe for you to take these. Also you should be aware that these tablets are big so if you have trouble swallowing tablets you may have difficulty with swallowing these tablets. If my mood or anxiety improves after I've been on these specific 5HTP tablets for awhile I will update this review. I should point out that you shouldn't take St John's Wort with these as taking both St John's Wort and 5HTP can cause a condition called serotonin syndrome which is dangerous and requires treatment in hospital. This isn't mentioned anywhere on the Amazon page for this product or on the bottle so I thought I should point that out.
