I’m surprised how much this has relieved my Plantar Fasciitis. I can actually walk normal getting out of bed in the morning. Worth a try considering the small amount I paid for two! While I’m watching tv, I just roll my feet (including my heels) over it.

These Foot Rollers are great for massaging feet. They are convenient. Just store near a place where you sit most often. It only takes a couple minutes of rolling one foot then the other to make feet feel better. The result is massage and apparent stimulation of circulation in feet. If your feet are tender they make take some easing into, getting used to. I use when sitting in fornt of the TV on carpeted flooring. They would make a great gift!

Seems very close to the original one I had years ago. O rings aren't lose and unless you are roller skating on them, they remain firmly attached. Really good massage that helped me with plantar fasciitis awhile back. Shipping and arrival were next day!

When using, the rubber portions of the roller come off frequently.

I use these in my balance class for seniors. I used to have one under my desk when I was still working and really missed being able to use one - really feels good on your feet.

Love this little roller! I bought a 2-pack so that I could give one to a friend. It's great to use under your feet or your forearms. If using on the floor, it's best to have a carpet. It tends to slide on hardwood floors.

I bought these to help with cramp under my toes during the night. Keep by my bed and if needed, I roll foot over to help release spasm.

Great product, my friend use to have something similar and I would use all the I went to visit. Excited to see it on Amazon and am very pleased with the quality, works great!
