No on-site support for Faucet / Jet Spray
The lever of the Faucet / Jet Spray has stopped working due to which water outflow has stopped. It developed the issue within 11 months from the date of purchase. I wrote to their customer support and got the reply "Unfortunately, we do not provide on-site service but we can assist you remotely". I was replied by Ms Sahiba AroraRuhe support.

Value for money, easy to install and clean. Easy to use. Quality of pipe and head is good the stand is also good and easy to install..

Head is good ,pipe not.
Opted for this as we have hard water and the metal ones rust pretty soon. However, the pipe end fixing on the angle cocktail doesn't fit properly and expands the tighter you fit. Had to replace with a new metal pipe.update: 3 months into use the clicker is gotten loose and giving away.

Very good material quality and very premium looking design, easy to use and the water flow is very good, fitting is also very simple.

Good quality but short hose
Higher side on the cost factor with a short hose. This price certainly can accommodate at least a meter long hose. The hose is only 2 feet long. There are no leaks and easy to install. If you don’t need a long hose like me then buy it.
