I'm a cashew fanatic. Seriously, I can't resist them. And these Amazon Brand - Happy Belly Fancy Whole Cashews, Roasted and Sea Salted? They're dangerous. Seriously, I can't stop eating them! They're that good. First off, they're perfectly roasted. They have that satisfying crunch and that deep, nutty flavor that only comes from roasting. They're not burnt or overly roasted, just perfectly toasted to bring out their natural sweetness. The sea salt is the perfect complement. It's just the right amount – not too salty, not too little. It enhances the flavor of the cashews without overpowering them. It's the perfect balance of sweet and salty. And the cashews themselves are high-quality. They're whole, not broken pieces, and they're fresh and crunchy. You can tell they're good cashews. The resealable bag is a lifesaver. It keeps the cashews fresh and prevents them from going stale, which is crucial because, let's be honest, they don't last long in my house! And the price? Amazing. These Happy Belly cashews are so much more affordable than the name brands, and I honestly think they're even better. It's a great way to get my cashew fix without breaking the bank. These are very good. Maybe a tad too much salt, but just barely. I am very happy I bought these and I consider it a good value for the money. I wonder if I can subscribe to these? If I can I will. Have a glorious day! :)

Good value, taste great!

Let’s start with delivery. No problem here or with freshness date. They are crunchy and taste fresh, no bitterness or sour flavor. The biggest concern here is the blandness of the nut. They are not throw away grade but I don’t feel the urgency to keep eating more than a few handfuls. The vast majority are whole and again, they have a fresh crunch and taste but the salt level is very low (I have a salt sensitivity and use very little as it ruins food if I use too much) and the salt is barely discernible. Before anyone makes any claim about sea salt being different than table salt one thing needs to be clarified, salt is salt. Sodium chloride cannot be made saltier, it is what it is, salt. They need more, even from my perspective. My wife even asked if they were in fact, salted. But she likes salt, I on the other hand use very little and these need more. Lack of salt is certainly an issue but the absolute the great cashew flavor is another. They weren’t bad, just extremely bland and I would rather pay a bit more for flavor than bulk. The wife believes that extra salt fixes the problem, I think these are a lesser grade cashew and that causes the lack of the cashew taste I want.
