I got these weights for a private client o have. They are very useful to add a little resistance to some Yin yoga poses and core work. They are soft and pliable.

Love these things. Was introduced to them at a conference I attended years ago. We got them immediately for our facility. I have referred individuals to purchase for an at home program for strength/cardio combo. Now I have purchased for my own home. I don't know why I didn't do this sooner. Product came without issue.

As soon as I took it out of the box, I began working out my arms while I watch an online lecture. I can tell this will be a very versatile piece of equipment! I was in search of a kettlebell, but found this guy instead and I’m not disappointed! Very thick, smooth material holds the malleable, yet sturdy sand making it easy to grip, though you’ll still work your grip out! I would highly recommend and will update review if anything changes my mind!

Easier on the wrists and palms than dumbbells. Shifting sand creates a challenge. Smooth neoprene surface slides across wood and laminate flooring. Also functions as a nice pillow when doing PT floor exercises. Bonus: best biceps and forearms workout I've ever had has been with various sizes of these sandbells! They also work for single arm presses if you grab a handful of sand like it's a handle. Very fun for anti-rotation core work. I'm a big fan.

Amazing

This sandbag feels sturdy and well-made. To make the most of it, it amazingly fits a shopping bag (plastic) so that it can be converted to a kettlebell-like weight for more exercises.

Product well made. Have used it for over a month now and no problems. The one thing I would like to see in an update would be a handle to carry it. Overall a great product.

Great tool for grip training, more versitile than a kettlebell! Get the prefilled one if possible, as it is a little fiddly and time consuming to fill it apparently. I got the prefilled one as it was at the time cheaper than the unfilled ones but i think it’s worth it even if that’s the more expensive option!
