Black Silicone Rubber Sheet, 60A Durometer, 1/32 x 9 x 12" Commercial Grade, Made in the USA, No Adhesive Backing, High Temp Gasket Material

I've purchased 'silicone' many times, and about half the time it is not real, has an odor and does not have silicone properties. This is the real stuff. I used it to make a makeshift gasket to mount a red-dot optic on my gun, and it works perfectly at high temperatures (the gun gets quite hot). It is thin and easy to cut. My 'black' had a few lighter (sort of white) streaks in it on some parts, but it doesn't matter because it is for a gasket (and 80% of the sheet was all black, so I used the black part, because I know it's black : )

Great to use for opening jars if you cut in 4 inch by 4 inch pieces. Also using with a clamp on furniture so as to grip without damaging the furniture. Thank you for your great product that is made in the USA.

Great for fitting between metal objects and wood inletting.

I cut a circle to cover the warming plate on my coffee pot, to keep it from wear/rust. So far it is working great.

Easy to use and cut. It would be nice if this product comes in different Durometer like 80A so it would not compress that easily.

Used as a gasket for home made dust collection attachments on table saw and jointers. Doing excellent job sealing the joints. Also used to prevent slipping on foot switch that sits on the floor. Use anywhere you need flexible sealer or need to prevent slippage.

I bought this to make gaskets for my computer liquid cooling system. But I've used it for so many things from gaskets for my motorcycle to (just now) an odd leaking fitting in my home hot water line. It cuts easy with scissors or a razor knife and is very soft and flexible. I'm going to order another sheet just to have it on hand.
