I Can Say Bismillah Anywhere! (I Can (Islamic Foundation))

Good idea and message in the book, however there's no flow...no story to the book. Leaves you hanging at the end.

A great Islamic Children's book. I love that these are board books, since my young preschooler is still very rough with books. I also love the illustrations in these books; the muslims pictured in this book are not only arabs or indopaks, but there is a good share of white muslims and other races without the book being overly obviously trying to promote diversity. I also like that the pictures show families engaging in typical american activities, while maintaining Islamic practices. In this book, there is a scene where the boy is reading qur'an on the beach. There are some other people on the beach too, and some boys who are swimming, but they cover their awrahs. On that topic, I appreciate that the women and girls in these books wear proper hijab, because I want to teach my children that proper hijab is normal.

I love these books! I have this book, the qur'an book, and the dua'a book, and I'm waiting for the salah book to ship. The illustrations in these books are excellent, the scenes are full color, and the text is good for early readers. I love that this is an Islamic book that is actually written in proper English, that the scenes depict a wide variety of activities that are pertinent to the child growing up in the west, and that this book isn't one of those "throw morals in your face" books. I also appreciate that the characters wear proper hijab (boys and girls).

Pretty good book, but the words are in British English instead of American English. High quality printing and very good graphics. Very good book to teach kids about basics and teach them culture.

I think they could have done a better job at the activities. And I agree with other reviewer - in all of the outdoor activities they have shown only boys. Not too happy about that.

as a newer revert I am constantly looking for ways to help my children understand the Muslim vocabulary both Arabic language and meaning so it has importance to them not just a mindless memorization however these books really help especially for he elementary school and preschool ages.

This is a very colorful and easy to read book for young ones. It teaches them the importance of saying Bismillah (in the name of God) anywhere, which is something kids should always remember. It is a religious Islamic book, and teaches emphasis and ordnance to the structure of religion without confusions.

I cannot rant and rave enough about this book!! My son absolutely adores it as well as I do. In fact, he proves it by showing me how he's memorized it already! It's also got the perfect chunky board pages for younger ones! Which means I can trust my 1 1/2 yr old granddaughter with it!

my little girl loves another book in this series of books called i can wear hijab anywhere (would recommend) this is a nice book too, short simple reminders. good for preschool age in my opinion

Nice book but the colours and drawings seem a bit old fashioned and saddening

Bought this book for my baby. It's a lovely simple book which introduces them to islam. There aren't many simple children's books out there and thoroughly recommend this one.

A great reminder for children to appreciate what they have and teach them about Islam too via activities like colouring etc.
