The best for your senior dog.
We started using Orijen Senior when my dog - a wire fox terrier - turned ten years old. He is 15 now and still doing great. We feed him this for breakfast everyday, and cook for his dinner. While this dog food is expensive, it is worth every penny. As you can tell from the photo, even with my dog's advanced age his fur still has vibrant colors. I previously had two other wire fox terriers years ago, was not feeding them Orijen (didn't even know about it at the time), and by the time they reached about 12 years old, they had lost all their colors and turned completely white/grey. You will quickly notice the high quality whenever you open the bag, the food is still quite moist and fresh. We did in the past give him other Orijen food, but have stuck with the senior since it seems to really help him maintain a healthy digestive system. If you have an older dog, I implore you to feed them this excellent dog food!

The Absolute Best on the Market
My dog had allergy problems, one of them being a sensitivity to flax seed. I had been purchasing my dog food and supplements from a local pet store and knew a few of the employees quite well. After explaining the problems with the current brand I was using the employee did some research and recommended the ORIJEN line of dog food. What a difference in her health in a very short time. Unfortunately for the store he left and the current people who work there are rude and uncaring. So I went to my trusted AMAZON and found my Orijen dog food! I have the same high quality product my beloved dog needs at a better price, free home delivery and no nasty high school kids to deal with. Thank you Orijen for this great product and Thank you Amazon reseller for having this available! (I do NOT receive any compensation for my reviews. good quality food but too rich for my dog
This is an incredible product for use of ingredients. My dog loved the flavor but sadly, it gave her loose stools. The protein content is very high and since she's elderly, it was too much for her.

High quality food for my senior small dog. She likes the taste of it and it’s easy for her to digest. My only wish was that it came in a smaller kibble size for small dogs. I have to crush these up for her to be able to eat it properly.

Caused Allergies: watery eyes and itchiness
We usually purchased this at our pet store. Bought one last year at Amazon and had no issues. Early this year we bought another prior to a 2 week vacation. When we came back our Pekingese had a bad case of water eyes. Eye stains made him look like a racoon. We thought it would pass but it didn't. During this period we we also noticed him scratching constantly. We bought flea collars and special shampoos which didn't help much. Finally got him to the vet who provided eye antibiotics and mentioned he may have allergies. We held off on the meds and stopped feeding him this dry food. YES, his eyes cleared up and scratching stopped in two days. I searched product reviews and found other customers with same issues. Origins is a great product which we've been feeding our rescue dogs for over 4 years. I am not sure if they made changes to their ingredients or this was a bad batch sold by Amazon. We felt terrible that our loving pet (Mateo) had to go through this for so long. With the pandemic we had major delays getting him to a vet (months!). Not sure if we will try Origins again but if we do, it will be from a pet store. The convenience of Amazon purchasing is great but we should be concerned with authenticity of products sold (especially those that are consumed).

Great product
Great product for my senior dog. She is 10 years now. I'm always worried about her food. This product keeping my pet healthy but problem is not available all time due to high demand I suppose.
