Got my boyfriend this at Christmas. Last one he had (different brand) the bit to hold to his windscreen broke and was a pain... This one he loves. He can move it wherever he wants. I have to say since Xmas... It has unstuck once. But I just lifted the part that holds the suction in and pushed down and it's stuck since. Only flaw is most phones have the lock button where it tightens on the sides of the phone. But that's fine you just unlock the phone again and it's not a problem. Hasn't fallen off once. Hasn't opened and dropped the phone and we go over alot of bumps... It's a very sturdy phone holder. If your checking reviews before you buy I'd say buy it as you won't regret it. Best phone holder I've seen and used so far tbh.

First of all, the car mount is made of silicone and has silicone pads everywhere the phone comes into contact with the mount, which is very soft and won't rub or damage your phone. You may worry about the plastic mount pinching your phone when you open the button to put it in, but there is no need to worry with this mount, there is a perfectly designed stand pad everywhere. I have two phones, an iphone 13mini and a Samsung S22 ulta, and no matter which phone I put in the holder, it holds my phone securely and doesn't wobble at all, even when I'm driving my Jeep through the countryside. I have always the requirements for phone car holder mount, while I travel a lot for business. When I came to a new place, I need to use my phone navigation, the phone car mount would help a lot at the moment. I have used so many different phone car mount, but YRU one would definitely be one of the best one I have bought! It solved the problem that other phone mounts have. I am a fan of big phone, from iPhone 13 Pro Max to iPhone 14 Pro Max and Samsung S22 Ultra, I always get the biggest ones. When using other car phone holders, my big and heavy phone would usually slip down from the car mount especially when driving through bumpy roads. BUT Surprisingly YRU one doesn’t like other one I had used, it grips my phone perfectly and my phone has never slipped down from the mount, seems it has a stronger CLAMP, and I found several silicone pads on the clamps and feet, it may improve the grip and I think it can protect my phone well. The phone mount itself can be used on dash/windshield or air vent while it comes with a air vent clip and a suction cup. At first, I used the air vent mounting. It was easy to use it, here were my steps: 1. unscrew the nut on the holder and put the connecting “ball” in to the socket, then screw the nut 2. Put the air vent clip onto a proper position of air vent, then rotate the knob there on the clip to make sure the clip grip the air vent tightly. 3. The final step is to install my phone on the holder: There is a button on the back, just press the button then the clamps will automatically release, and move the position of the feet, it is adjustable. Then put my phone on the holder and press the clamps to grip the phone firmly. I love the design of the panel, the clamps, the feet, seems that the “depth”of the clamps arm and the feet are larger then other mounts, so it can grasp the my phone firmly, even with a THICK CASE there on the phone!!! I am 100% satisfied and happy with the air vent mounting! Definitely a 10 out of 10. After using a period of time, one day when I saw the suction cup, I decided to have a try for the dash mounting. The package and the installation guide were accidentally thrown away by my family, so I directly in accordance with my idea to install the suction cup when it looks simple to do it actually! The installation of the holder to the suction cup was similar to that of air vent mounting, after that, I just tore off the sticker there on the suction cup and stuck it on the desired position of the dashboard, then locked the suction cup. Everything looked great when I were using the dash mounting for the first several days, however, it fall off one day when I got into my car! I was a little down when I saw it while I gave a 10 out of 10 for it and it was a perfect mount for me in the past. So I came to the YRU customer support little bit disappointed! THEN I FOUND THAT THE PROBLEMS WERE FROM MY WRONG INSTALLATION!! Jelly from YRU told me that there were 2 wipes to clean the dash before installing the suction cup and I should have to press the suction cup hard on the dash for at least 5s! I realized that the wipes were thrown away together with the package and guide! And I didn’t press the cup hard for seconds! Jelly also told me that the suction cup is reusable, I can wash the cup and rinse it with warm water to recover stickiness. Then I followed the steps told by Jelly and reinstalled the suction cup, everything is perfect so far! The suction cup is firmly there on the dash and my phone is firmly gripped by the holder as always!! Great customer service from YRU! Jelly even wanted to send me a new suction cup, but while it is reusable so I don’t need to get it!! thank you so much anyway, and finally Jelly gave a a lifetime warranty!! I mounted this at eye level on the driver’s side, so I don’t have to look down at the dashboard. It can be moved and sticks securely anywhere on the windshield or dashboard. Switching between horizontal and vertical is smooth and super handy. Best of all, the quick-release and grip on the phone are excellent, and the suction strength is outstanding. Overall, a reliable, easy-to-use mount that stays put.

I didn't think I could love a phone holder?! After my last one died, I thought I was going to get the same junk. This is actually really well made, thought designed and made of high quality plastics. It's solid and if you want to buy something line this - buy this one. Even the instructions are in good English, lol. Best one I’ve ever bought. I’ve had a couple years now it doesn’t fall off the dash it doesn’t move it just does what it’s supposed to do. Sit there and hold my phone finally bought a second one for the car. I tried several others. They didn’t work so I went back to this one love them.

J'étais dubitatif concernant l'efficacité de la ventouse sur mon tableau de bord un peu granuleux (Hyundai i30), mais je suis franchement rassuré : ventouse puissante, ça tient très bien malgré les grosses chaleurs, facile à installer, le bras télescopique est très pratique. Le support en lui-même est suffisamment haut et profond pour mon Galaxy Note 9 et sa coque bien épaisse de parano. Cerise sur le gâteau, le double passe-câbles en caoutchouc qui colle très bien sur une surface propre, au moins ça évite qu'ils ne se baladent dans tous les sens. Seul "petit défaut", les câbles les plus fins ne seront pas bien maintenus et glisseront vers le bas. Pas de souci avec mes câbles tréssés. Par contre je ne comprends pas les commentaires du genre "ne se referme pas automatiquement sur le téléphone, il faut le faire manuellement". C'est vrai que c'est tellement fatigant de pincer 2 boutons poussoirs idéalement placés... o0 À acheter sans hésitation si vous voulez un support stable, pratique et solide.
