Good heat mat
Delivered quickly. Seems like a quality mat and only about 3mm overall height which kept the height difference between old floor and new floor to a minimum. Warms the bathroom tiles nicely. Can’t really speak about reliability at this early stage but given the apparent build quality and the fact that Warmup have a support desk that can help if you have issues or even calamities like the tiler cutting through a cable, I am expecting a long life out of this mat

One behind a heated mirror works fine - given a bit of time to warm up
One behind a heated mirror works fine - given a bit of time to warm up. Careful if you put it underfloor - have one in my studio that has a gap between the mat and the floorboard. The one directly under slate tiles in the bathroom felt very luxurious but only lasted a week before small movements in the tile severed the element and now it is entombed under the cold floor...! My bad workmanship maybe, but watch out for that.
