POWLAND 4000W Hybrid Solar Inverter | 24V DC to 120V AC Pure Sine Wave | LCD Display with Glass Top | 140A MPPT Charge Controller | Battery-Less & Lithium/AGM Battery Compatible

I’ve been using the POWLAND 4000W Hybrid Solar Inverter (24V) for a while now, and overall I’m very satisfied with its performance. Installation was straightforward if you have basic electrical knowledge, and the instructions were clear enough to follow. The inverter delivers stable power and the pure sine wave output works well with my appliances, including a refrigerator, lights, and small tools. I really like that it’s an all-in-one unit with a built-in MPPT solar charge controller, which helps keep the system simple and efficient. The LCD display is easy to read and makes it convenient to monitor system status and settings.

In January 2022, I purchased a 3000-watt, 24V to 120V AC pure sine wave Powland hybrid solar inverter. I installed it in my detached garage, making both my freezer and workshop independent from my home’s electric bill. I have been using four 12V, 100 amp-hour sealed AGM batteries for this setup. This inverter has paid for itself multiple times since I purchased it. The setup I have is solar during the day and standby at night. And with the cost of energy today, and with the outrageous cost and scams of solar companies today, you have to think out of the box. Yet within the parameters of the system! It has taken me some time to respond, but this is a good product! And time hasn't lied!

Good so far - after just a few weeks. One must carefully read the entire manual to figure out all the settings. Unlike some other (more expensive), all-in-one units this one is limited to only one MPPT input. Minimum solar DC input is 50 volts. Can be noisy - but most of them are anyhow. Seems a good value. --------------------------------------- I've had the unit running for almost two months. Here are my observations: Absolutely NO customer support. NONE. You are 100% your own. For me, emails go unanswered. The manual was poorly translated from Chinese so it's of little use no matter what language you speak. During the last month I think I have tried nearly every different setting available while the batteries continue to drop in voltage. 24/7, the unit never seems to stop running. It's doing SOMETHING - the fans are blowing and energy is being used - but I don't know why. Also, it's loud. Since I can't get customer support and the included manual is worthless, I think I'll probably disconnect the unit and go back to my own DIY home setup which did a better, quieter and much more efficient job. Wish I could report something better. Probably a good idea to spend your money on another, more costly unit. UPDATE: Disconnected the unit yesterday. After measuring AC input from the grid the unit is using about double what my 2,000 watt array produces. Maybe it's just a bad unit? Luckily, I bought the extended warranty. We'll see if Amazon's warranty company comes through, or will I get stuck with my new boat anchor.

I changed my stars to three because they helped me trouble shoot the problem and after it wasnt resolved I received a refund. You have to be very carefull to check your panels output. Most 12v panels in series to get your 24v system will exceed the 40v tolerance allowed by this inverter. I beleive this could be the flaw that ended it. Also I took the fuse out during the install like normal and although the inverter was off there was a large spark when I reconnected it after install. Not sure if these two things could have added to my problem. Perhaps it is a good product and that was my problem, I dont know so that is why I changed it from one star. It did work perfectly for about three days and it even ran my pump

Installé il y a un mois pour une maison dans le nord du Québec, habité à l’année et uniquement alimenté par 6 panneaux solaires 36 volts, 320W groupés 3*2 pour un total possible de 1900 watts et une génératrice inverter Honda de 2.2 kw. Cette nouvelle boite remplace un vieux système à composantes séparées défectueux. Jusqu’à maintenant, remplit bien sa fonction d’alimentation 120V, 24h/7j, ce qui n’a jamais été possible avant. Les équipements alimentés dans la maison: Lumières, antenne satellite + récepteur et tv, radio, internet satellite, 1 congélateur, recharge et utilisation de 2 ordinateurs et 2 Iphones. L’utilisation de la génératrice est nécessaire quelques heures pour la recharge des batteries, les journées nuageuse, car les panneaux ne fournissent à ce moment qu’entre 4 et 12 amp 24 volt. L’avantage de la fonction ups est que lorsque la génératrice fonctionne, elle alimente la maison directement, il est donc possible d’utiliser la petite laveuse à linge ou un petit séchoir à cheveux tout en chargeant les batteries. La consommation moyenne (heure) le jour varie entre 250 et 500 watts. Le système possède une assez grande banque de batteries acide/plomb à décharge profonde de 6 volts connectés en 24 volts, en plusieurs banques en parallèles. On compte ajouter des panneaux solaire pour augmenter la production les journées nuageuses. L’installation à été rapide et facile, quoique je dois mentionner que certaines bornes dans la boite bénéficieraient a être d’un calibre ou deux plus gros. La programmation original était exactement la bonne pour notre application, donc aucun changement nécessaire de ce côté. Le chauffage de la maison est au bois. Le poêle et le gros frigidaire au propane. Très satisfait jusqu’à maintenant.

Connecteur passable et restrictif , 4500 W de pointe, mais 1400 W pour une section en continu . Côté pratique, tout en un , UPS, chargeur, onduleur, solaire.
