I love gu bcaa. this is great when i cant buy the powder it helps me recover from my workouts faster too. I am not in too much pain when using this product too.

This Amino Acid form is VERY EFFECTIVE for me personally. I Ride a Race Bicycle and I need to increase my stamina sooner than later (I'm now 65). One pill is enough per ride, even though they call for two. I say this because I also consume GU energy gels and they contain 450mg per packet (consumed every 45-minutes), so that's enough to keep a bull running for quite a while. At $12 a bottle, I find it worth it -- I wouldn't pay more though. Highly recommended.

This is a lot like Tailwind, but with BCAAs added to it. Lots of sugars. Basically combines electrolytes, carbs and BCAAs into one, eliminating the need to carry gels, salt tabs, and BCAAs. By the way, I find BCAAs to help with muscle fatigue in endurance events longer than a marathon. Downside is it has lots of sugar. If I don’t supplement this with water and solid food in 50+ mile events, I will get the sugar bombs in my stomach. Good endurance drink, but don’t look to this as a single solution for ultramarathons and Ironman events.

I was having a problem with my legs cramping while backpacking even though I was well hydrated. I started using these GU capsules throughout the day while hiking and the cramps no longer happen. I highly recommend this product.

Really having good results since I started talking these. Read an article suggesting BCAA would aid in recovery and energy. I am skeptical about such claims, but also remember my moms doctor suggesting she take these as she was trying to recover from Chemo.I do a lot of long distance running and I was pleasantly surprised at my recovery and energy after long runs.

GU includes Branched Chain Amino Acids in their Roctane Gels. .... but what if you aren't fueling with gels. This is the perfect answer. I had to pay attention to the dosage. The caps are about as large as I can manage while running. Everyone should self-experiment & evaluate - but I can absolutely tell the difference using / not using these just before and during endurance [multi-hour] training runs & racing.
