These bookmarks are absolutely beautiful. The amount of detail is truly insane. They're nice and thin, but also sturdy. The tassle at the top helps them stay in place, so they're super functional. They made a great gift for my favorite bookworm & he was nice enough to share since there were so many! Maybe about 5-6 inches in length in case you're wondering. I think they're perfect.

Nice quality and really cool art, great purchase. Come in a nice little package too, perfect small gift for a reader.

I bought this for my sister for her birthday, along with a beautifully decorated book. I opened the box to make sure none of the book marks were broken. They were all intact. They were very beautiful, delicate, and unique. Something that really matched well with the beautiful book I bought for her. When she unwrapped the book and those lovely bookmarks, her jaw dropped. She absolutely loved the bookmarks because she'd never seen anything like them before. These bookmarks are a great gift idea to those that know someone that loves to read.

The bookmark itself is great! Very intricate and beautiful. The tassels however are shoddy and cheap. You can tell that’s where they cut costs. It would be 5 stars but the tassels definitely bring it down. They aren’t very flimsy and look to last though.

Initially, out of the box, the bookmarks had a strong chemical smell and needed to be aired out before use. After that, however, they've proven to be of good quality, and are quite usable, with the white ceramic ball attached to them making them easy to spot at a distance, as it is a good contrast to the black color of the bookmark. Bookmarks are of a decent size and can fit into the pocket, which is a nice touch. With 4 a box, these are a good value!

This item was even better than I thought it would be! Each one of the 4 are very beautifully designed and feel hand crafted! Also this may be weird, but the smell on them is wonderful if you’re like me and love the smell of wood burning! It just adds to the enjoyment. They are very sturdy and don’t feel cheap at all! I’ll be getting some of these for gifts this Christmas! Also my picture doesn’t show the 4th one but I did receive all 4 in perfect condition!

These are shockingly nice for the price. I was expecting thin, flimsy, delicate wood with scorched engravings from a cheap laser. What I actually got was a nice surprise! The wood has a decent grain on it, and seems to be solid wood rather than a particle board or layered plywood. The engravings are nice, have pretty sharp detail, and are exactly as pictured. I also like the little bead charm on the cord at the top. The colors depicted are the colors you get; and while I doubt they’re made of different woods, the stains used look very natural. The bookmarks are solid, and pretty thick; if you’re early on in your read, then the thickness of the bookmark may prop up the first few pages rather than lying flat, but that doesn’t bother me. At the end of the day, it’s a bookmark; it doesn’t really matter, a cheap one works just as well as an expensive one. But that’s all the more reason to applaud the value for the price: the could’ve cheaped out, and chose not to. Instead, the product offers great value for its price, and is pleasant to use.

They may be wood or plastic or plasticised wood sawdust, I have no idea. Not being willing to scratch one just to find out I'm happy to assume they're wood, just very fine grained and well finished. Either way, they look and feel like wood to me, and highly decorative. The description of handmade I feel has been stretched to include a hand pushing the buttons on a laser cutter lol, but I love them, right down to the little bead instead of a big tassel that forever gets in the way. Not certain that each one needs to be in a plastic sleeve within the box, and the box is only really useful if you're buying these as a gift for someone else. Buying for myself, just having the 4 together in a small packet would be fine. But I still have to give 5* as they look terrific and are good value for money too.
