I'm a Home Health RN and sometimes work 12-hour shifts, so I needed a relatively large insulated lunch bag. I looked at a lot of them (plus their reviews), and I'm very happy I settled on this one. I found the price reasonable, especially considering the quality. Worth every penny! This is a quality lunch bag. It's the perfect size--I can pack a small frozen dinner, a couple of yogurt cups, fruit, a bottle of water and a can of soda, as well as 4 XL refreezable ice packs with room to spare. (I found the XL ice packs on Amazon, and they fit perfectly.) It's well insulated and does NOT leak. My food stays cold. (I've found that placing the ice packs between the layers of food and drinks, vs on the sides, works best.) I'm very impressed with the quality construction. The straps and handle are sturdy and solidly attached. Once it's fully packed, it can be a bit heavy, so that's imperative. (The bag itself is very light.) The handle has a latch so you can open it and clip the bag onto a book bag or whatever. And the zippers! High quality and sturdy, large tabs, smooth zipping with no getting stuck. It also has a strap on the front from the lid to the bottom that has a simple release attachment. It's so easy to pack. It stands upright, and with both top zippers open, the top flap folds all the way back allowing complete access. There's a smallish zippered pocket on the back, a larger mesh zippered pocket on the inside of the lid, and a mesh pocket on each side for utensils, snacks, napkins, etc. There's no odor of any kind. The color is true to the image. Very cute! The only (and extremely minor) complaint I have is the white stripes on each edge of the strap remind me of reflective material on dog collars, etc., but they are not reflective. I'd like it more if the stripes were coordinated with the color of the bag instead of white, but it's such an insignificant thing that I debated whether to even mention it.
