This latest book does not disappoint. It is of the same high standard as the others in the series.I enjoyed reading it to my 12 and 14 year old Grandchildren.

Another wonderful read full of mystery, adventure and humour! A favourite series of my 7 year old.

My two primary schoolers have both enjoyed the series and devoured this book quickly too. The language is relatively simple, the text is big, the characters colourful and there are plenty of illustrations, which made it a relatively easy read for the younger one as well. There are a few nods that the adults will appreciate, with nods to Agatha Christie and the aforementioned Indiana Jones films. From the title, I had expected this one to be like the Temple of Doom, but there's a very Last Crusade feel at the end.
