These patches really work!! I am amazed! I have tried a variety of natural remedies for pain relief, and many of them help, but I have never found anything that works this well, or lasts this long! These took a while to get used to. I tried the first one on my lower back and it burned like crazy. You do not want to wear these in the heat or where your body sweats a lot. It will increase the burning intensity. But I have found on my limbs that it is quite effective for pain and the warmth is tolerable. The large size is excellent as well.

Great warming pain relief but the adhesive is no joke, get it wet to take it off. I took it off dry and I'm pretty sure a little bit of my soul left my body when I ripped it off.

The only reason I'm giving them a three is because they did not work for me but they might work for you, depending on the problem you are experiencing. They stick nicely, smell fine and are a good value for the money. But, like I said, they did not help my sciatic issue
