Why are you charging more than twice the 3M recommended price? Why are customer reviews indicating delivery of only 50 masks instead of 120?

Did anyone receive right masks? I just received 50 thin masks. Is there anyone to tell me itis not a cheat?

I did not receive the right mask. I received 3 boxes (50pcs each) of level one face masks instead of 3 boxes (120pcs) of 3M 1860S.
