I saw an ad for these after lamenting toe pain and hearing from my doctor that I should just wear shoes in the house to protect my toe. I didn't have a bunion so I could do that or spend a bunch on orthotics that insurance wouldn't cover. Then this came along. The padding on the joints of my big toes has reduced the pain by a lot and in just a couple of days they seem less inflamed, too. I find that they work best when I'm wearing socks so they're more securely in place.The one thing I would change is that the surface of the silicone is very tacky so if your house isn't immaculate and you have pets, things will literally get hairy. Still, they're easy to clean so it's not a huge deal, and very soft. They seem sturdy too though. I've worn them while playing Just Dance and they've survived, and I'm not the smallest person so there's some weight on them.I've been dealing with this toe pain for quite some time and I'm so glad to have such simple, affordable relief. I'd love to see something like this that goes around my foot (rather than in my shoe) for arch support.

The gel material feels soft yet maintains shape well.This is a great product for people who have overlapping toes, due to medical condition or wearing too much high heals which squish all the toes together. It reduces bunion production and friction caused by existing bunions. If I put the gel in the fridge for a little bit, it actually gives a cool sensation to the burning toes which bears the grunt of daily walking along with the bunions.I love the fact it comes in blue that gives the general soothing visual effect. Great for a gift, I am already thinking of all my relatives and friends who might like this as much as I do!

These are painful to wear in shoes, or for longer periods of time. I broke my toe a few months ago and it’s bent now so I was hoping these would help. There are 2 larger and 2 smaller. They are silicone so they don’t hurt too much when first put on, but after about 10 minutes my toes began getting sore. I will continue to wear them to see if they help but as of now, Just painful and have not showed improvement. It has only been a week though.

Awful I have a bad bunion on my right foot tried to separate it by using these which I have done but these are not the best I’ll go back to using my ruteinWhich I take a makeup sponge round cut it and place it around the area it works

If you're looking for something to help with a hammer toe, keep looking. This is so soft it moves right along with your toe. If you just want to separate your toes for some reason, then this might work although it tends to turn on the toe so it doesn't stay seated next to the big toe.
