It's a Dell
I have owned a Dell computer since the 2000s. Their reliability has always been terrible. I started buying gaming laptops in 2013 in hopes that it would improve the reliability of the machine. I check my email and shop online with a gaming laptop. Bought one in 2013, failed in 2014. Bought one in 2014, failed in 2015, bought one in 2022, failed in 2023. I am surprised this company hasn't been class action sued or run out of business. Will never buy anything from them again. 23 year customer. 23 years of absolute garbage.

I love the laptop. Came just as advertised, if I had to complain about any one actual thing maybe I'd complain about the sensitivity of the mousepad but that can be adjusted I'm sure, the laptop is great and it runs great, the screen is amazing wow what nice quality, everything is great. I had a top of the line Alienware for a couple years and this is very comparable to that. Also it's a great deal, I've shopped around all over the internet and you will not find a better deal than this, heck even Dell's official website had this puppy for about 100 dollars more!!! And what a great seller can't say enough good things about them, couple of weeks after I received my laptop they reached out to make sure everything was okay and I was satisfied with my product and didn't have any complaints. A++++ Would shop with them again and great laptop.

Fast laptop and super pleased with purchase.

I bough this laptop for my son and he is very happy with it, he is a teenager that play most of the current games and works very well

Battery is dead...
After just a couple of months and several recharge, battery is dead. Recharge only lasts less than 30 minutes. It has to be constantly plugged in now. Wondering if battery can be replaced by seller, maybe by then I can change my rating?
