I was so excited to get this bag. I live a bi-coastal life and, to not go insane with disorganization, I have learned to efficiently pack just a carry on and a messenger bag on my monthly 2 week trip to New York. Unfortunately, my search for the perfect, sleek messenger bag is still on. I loved the space inside this bag. I was able to fit a small fleece blanket for the plane, my laptop and cord, phone charger and emergency charger port, 2 notebooks, my wallet, some food, hand sanitizers, shout stain wipes, an eye mask, travel perfume, and a small cosmetic bag full of other things....even some room to spare! The handles were great for carrying over my shoulder, or for carrying on the side. However, the zipper broke off before I even got on my FIRST plane ride! I cannot zip it back up or unzip it without snagging off my nail or nail polish now, so unfortunately, this is going in the closet. This bag was not what I expected. When I received the bag there were indentations on the sides where the straps were locked against the bag. The bag was not crafted well for such a moderate price. The stitching was unraveling around the handles of the bag. The strap seemed a little thin as if it could pop if worn for long periods of time. Unsure if it was advertise as real leather but it looks completely fake. There are cheaper bags that are crafted better than this bag. The bag fit my 15 inch laptop although it was snug. Not much room for other items such as my agenda, umbrella, laptop cord, Ethernet cord, and wallet. I was disappointed in the bag and returned it a day after I received it. The return was easy, I dropped it off to my local UPS shipping center.
