No fuss, no muss, just put it in the container, close the lid and let it do the work for you! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very happy with the product, but not the wireless charging *by H***N on Reviewed in the United States on 11 March 2024* This is the 2nd PhoneSoap, as we originally bought one like 6-7 years ago. My wife is a bit of a germaphobe, so this is great for her. And it makes some sense to clean (sterilize) your phone, considering all the handling that goes on with it.I bought the model with the wireless charging as that seemed like it would be quite the useful feature. However, the wireless charging does not work well. The instructions state that you need to take the case off for it to work. So, I should take my phone in & out of the case every day???? I don't think so. As I have other wireless chargers, I use a Magsafe compatible cover for the phone, but the PhoneSoap won't work with that. When we did use the wireless charger during the eval period, it was not easy to find the right spot to place the phone to ensure the charging works. The unit works great for their iPhone XS units as well as the iphone8, XR, and android units of guests. The 10 minute charge while the cleaning cycle runs is an added bonus.
