Sound Quality = 1950s era PA system with a bad ground. Had to yell to carry on a conversation, tried unplugging and re-plugging several time with the same humm.

Works great, does the job!
This works fine, and does the trick. I have had problems with these untanglers in the past, distorting sound and causing problems. This one does not.

I love it!!! Works great! I hated to talk on the phone with the cord all kinked up into a knot. I would have to plug it and hang it over the side of the desk to unwind. Love the extended plug it fits into my desk phone perfectly. I have been using the phone for the last two days without a tangeld cord. No static!
