I bought this for my elderly mother but found it too complicated for her to use. The phone itself is fine but, for her to listen to messages, instead of just pressing a play button there were a few things she would have to remember to do. As her memory is poor she would have struggled to remember the sequence therefore it only scores a 2 star rating.

i had a cordless Panasonic phone for almost 10 years that died on me so i tried this one:yhr scyrrn sixe is the same as my old one butlack of contrast makes this screen unreadable. plus the instruction leaflet looks like a bsd translation of chinese.after 2 days of missing calls i decided to buy another one a Panasonicand diych this one
