Lock Tab Issue
It would be great if the lock tab actually worked. While washing an RV, the tab kept unlocking causing the handle to spin. What should've taken 4 hours, took 5 due to having to stop and re-lock the tab. Other than that, it's a handy device.

Came with the wrong attachment
The stick is good but it came with an attachment for a ceiling fan cleaner instead of the windshield washer

Right pole, wrong end...
The pole seems great, but what I wanted was the scrubber end as per what I ordered. I had already ordered a squeegee end separately. I was going to do a return, but it already took a month for this to get here.

Ordered 2 of this item which was described with scrubber but only the poles arrived without the scrubber

Not as described
It says it comes with a pole & window scrubber & shows a picture of both. What came was a squeegee & a pole. I wanted the scrubber!!
