I'm in the beginning of my journey into building my core, stamina and muscle. This is just something I'm happy to strap on and wear around the house or when walking. It's simple to use but bulky. It's weighted by little sandbags in little pockets all over the vest, you just have to make sure they don't fall out when you are taking it off. I got the 10kg vest thinking I could adjust the weight if I found it too heavy. It's heavy duty and will hopefully last me a lifetime of use. The velcro straps are okay they just some times stick to other things unintentionally but I can't complain for the price. I'm a petite 5'1 and it comes to my hips.

I had to return it as it didn't look like the pictures, it is a lot bulkier and not very good for running.

Alot shorter than expected. Takes time to get used to the weight of the vest. Love wearing it to exercise and walks...Even bought one for my mum!

Bought this for running and weight loss training. Not used it yet as just recieved it. The item was delivered on time by Yodel. First impressions - good quality vest and looks robust. 20kg was too heavy for me so removed some sand bags which I thought is better as this would be comfortable to wear and feel of the vest and sharp stuff poking steel plates. 20 kgs for the price is a bargain compared to other vests. Best thing the sands pockets are removable so flexibity to adjust the weight to your requirements. I wore it this morning to test and its comy and this will do the job. Once I am fitter I can increase it. Now got to get my rear into gear and start my training. Will update again after using it properly. 2nd Review! After using it a couple of times. I am 5'8" and the bottom part keeps poking my upper thighs which is rather annoying when doing squats. The right upper vest doesn't seem sit on my shoulder and bulges / pops up. Like Amazon customer I am experiencing the same issue. Contacting customer care and see if they can help 3rd Review Refund. Saga continues.... Applied for a refund as item not fit for purpose. After a few days going back and forth. Contacted Amazon, recoeved a refund post label only to find that the Post Office won't accept it because its weighs more than 10kgs. So contacted the 3rd party supplier who was not interested. Told me its my responsibility / Amazon (who said they will ask seller to arrange collection) to arrange return. Complained to Amazon about whole saga. Awaiting refund now. Be aware before buying. More to come..... 4th Review Take into consideration below for returns!!!!!! After going back and forth with Amazon and the 3rd party. Initially they both passed the buck to each other who was taking the reponsobikty for the courier. I only found out that return label sent to me for only parcels under 10kg yet this vest weight 20kg. I argued and only after making a complaint. The seller confirmed me that its was my responsible to arrange the return by courier which was I rather bass baffled. There is nothing on the t&c mentioned. Anyway, after making an official complaint. It was made clear that the customer had to make arrangements and only then they will arrange my refund. This dragged for 3 weeks. I got my refund and charges for the courier. The seller or Amazon must make clear when it comes to return. Thanks I did it for you both.

The product appears to be well made. And decent amount of weight. Posted quickly and well packaged. However. I've never been more disappointed with an item from Amazon. The images showed it as unisex and a lady joyfully running whilst wearing the vest. The only person that could wear this vest without being swamped is the mountain from Game of Thrones. It is HUGE! so bulky, very very long and Impractical. Don't buy it for your girlfriend unless she is built like Chewbacca. It will cost you between £10 and £13 mini.um to return via royal mail which you invariably will.
