Installation for this product is relatively simple.You use the included stud finder to find the optimal place to drill a hole, drill the holster nails, attach the straps to the TV, and you're done. The process took no longer than five minutes and doesn't block the view of the TV. Even though I gave this product five stars, my only gripe is that you need to be somewhat handy to install this product, I needed a drill which was not the most convenient thing. I wasn't planning on leaving a review - I usually don't have patience or the time. However just today I mistakenly tipped over the TV again... Or so I thought until I saw the TV was magically held in place. This time it could've been really bad, had the TV fallen it would've hit my mother directly. I'm so grateful for this product! There are 4 straps in a pack, so suitable for 2 uses, I've only used 2 of them so still have some spare - the others I tested before use just to see how far they'd go. Seems it will work and be safe.
Just received these yesterday and installed last night. While my husband and I are not very handy people, I feel these were more difficult than they should be to install. Took us over an hour to install them last night. The directions seemed vague, but was very happy the stud finder was included. That was very handy. Just remember to drill right above or below your magnetic connection, because otherwise you will try to drill right into a screw/nail head. Initially, we wanted to attach the straps from our TV to our stand. We did not want to put any unnecessary holes in the walls. The top holes on the back of our TV were up high and the straps weren't long enough to reach the back of our stand. We just bought a 58" Samsung. We thought about returning them and looking for new ones, but didn't want to risk the safety of waiting for a new order to arrive. We found it difficult to line up the studs with the TV, since the stand is pulled far away from the wall for us to get back there and work on this. Overall, we did get it accomplished and I do believe it will work and be very safe, it was just a frustrating process for installing. I would still recommend the product, but wish the directions were more detailed and the straps were longer for larger TV's. Thank you.

Everything But a Drill!
This is a nice kit with all that I need to "stabilize" my large screen TV. I have not yet installed it as I have no drill yet but I am confident that I will have no trouble installing it. The instructions are easy and apart from drilling some holes, installation should be easy as well.

Terrific idea for every home
This is a great idea for added security. I love that it even came with a pencil so I could mark the holes for the screws! The installation was easy and we pulled on the TV to see if it worked - it did! The TV isn't going anywhere. We loved that it attaches to the wall OR the entertainment system. Further, it did no damage to the television. There was no altering to the TV involved. We are so excited that our home is so much safer because our little one is going to start walking soon!

Nice Product
I am one of those "hysterical moms" who always look for safety gadgets - and this one is something that I have been searching for a while. Although I never let my baby crawl around the TV, I wanted extra precaution. It is exactly how it was described, it comes with clear instructions how to install, and the parts look like very good quality. A product that is always great to have just in case, I'm very satisfied.

works perfect !! It was very easy to setup I never used them before, but once setup and in place i can see how they can save a small child from getting seriously hurt or worse fatally injured. I wish i used them years ago before I lost a tv. I plan on using them in our camper for the tv's in there great product i would recommend them to everyone who has children a must have product.

Good deal
This was secure a room with several bookcases. Our grandson is quite active and we wanted to protect him from objects falling on him. This kit was exactly what we were looking for and the price very reasonable. The straps are strong and should be more than adequate for mounting the bookcases.. All hardware/screws, bolts, etc came with the package and the instructions were clear and easy to follow.
