Flower girl dress- Just Size Down!

Great dress especially for the price. Material did not look or seem cheap. Fit my almost 3yo well the sleeve was a bit big but wasn't too big of a deal, still very cute. She's 3ft tall and weighs about 28-29lbs she is normally a size 2T/3T but we ordered size 12-24 mo per other reviews and it fit well!
