Q: I don't see anywhere that it's actually made in Japan.. and the way seller answers questions makes me wonder thanks! Does it say where made?

When I was in Japan -(2019), I bought this soap in a local cosmetics store. Loved it. What I bought on Amazon is the same soap, because I saved the wrapper from the one from Japan.

Yes. No animals are involved in the making of this product.

Q: Are these full size bars? 5.3 ounces each?

Susan: I'm not sure of the weight. I'd guess that that 5.3 ounces is the total weight -- say as compared to a MILKY WAY Bar ---. They measure approximately 4 inches X 1.5 inches X 3/4 of an inch each and last forever.
