I’m really Happy with my Yoga Mat. I do Hot Yoga 4 times a week. I love focus on having a good balance in yoga. And I noticed my progress since I have this yoga mat. Don’t get scared if the mat have some sweat marks after workout. In minimal 1 hour(normal temperature ) my mat get dry with the sweat,(I’m a person that sweats a lot, I do other sports, Judo, grappling, fight, etc. So is good!!, I use the special spray to keep maintaining Liforme Yoga mat. Ok, and I’m telling you, You'll never regret spending money on this Yoga mat. Is the best!!!, If you are looking forward to be more dedicated, good control,Support,grip. (You feel the difference), The travel size was perfect for me due I go to studio. I hope this can help out 👍 I share the picture after my hot yoga. But get dried quickly. Love this mat. It is so durable and slip resistant. I use it every day. Adequate size. Pretty colour.... very pleased.

Second purchase of Liforme yoga mat. Always well packaged and remarkably comfortable material. If you’re dedicated to your practice—this is a fantastic company. Albeit, the material is rubber, it makes rolling up and placing in your cover more challenging. The weight is perfect and your feet are not going to slip!

I have been holding off on this purchase for awhile. I did my research and asked other yogis how they felt about their Liforme Mat. Now, I intended to buy the regular mat but accidentally purchased the travel mat. At first I was very disappointed. I have sore knees at times and the cushioning I believe helps. So, I was apprehensive about bringing it to my first class. I sweat a lot! Sometimes it looks like a waterfall lol. So, I was really hoping this mat would keep me in place with confidence. Now, I don't know if this takes a little breaking in but the grip was amazing for the first time. I had one slip due to improper placement of my hands on a bridge. Overall I felt confident with the grip and hope the mat gets only better over time. I did notice that with the travel mat my sweat would pool on top. It doesn't absorb the sweat as much as the standard mat. This is good and bad. Good is that it may not smell or need as much cleaning compared to the standard mat. Negative is that I needed to mop up the sweat before rolling up so as to not make a mess for my teacher to clean up. I'll try to update this review after a few months

If I knew earlier gay I could by my liforme mate off Amazon I would have . The first experience was great , just took a bit of time coming from over seas to America . I wanted this mat to travel with and while I didn’t come in time for my trip , it did come the day after lol . It was packaged nicely and everything was legit and in tact like when I ordered directly from lifeforme. As for the mat- it’s simply amazing! Has all the perfection as my first mat except it’s lighter and noticeably slimmer - not super slim , but slim enough that if you’re in a packed yoga class I’d opt for this over the regular one I got the pink color and while I thought it would be a little more muted pink , it actually is a little on the hotter pink side , just a very intense pink - not bad though but not hot pink . The grip is amazing - it pics up oils but that doesn’t affect the grip , and the oils fade. Cleans nicely . Just love this mat

Too thin, but very grippy. Love the grip, but may return due to it being as thin as it is, will try it out and see.

I had a hard time finding the right non slippery mat which is easy to carry. And this checks all the boxes. Thin, easy to carry and non slip at best. If you have knee pains and want more cushioning, you might want to add a knee pad on top of this mat. Loved it

Substantial, durable and solid even though classed as travel mat. I bought this version for my wife who prefers the lighter weight compared to the heavier version (which I have but also love) and the difference in weight and portability is noticeable. It comes with a smart and good quality carry bag with shoulder strap. The alignment design is so useful as it gives you many visual references to align yourself with and helps to distance yourself consistently. The grip is fantastic (even with damp hands) although can make feet swivelling a bit of a challenge. I’ve had mine for about a year now and use it for an hour most days and there is very little sign of wear so no issues over quality. Delivery, packaging were fine. If you practice regularly I can only recommend this mat highly.

Quel plaisir de ne pas glisser ( je précise que je ne transpire ni des mains ni des pieds). La posture du chien la tête en bas est devenue un pur moment de plaisir ! Attention. Peut-être un peu court pour les personnes très grandes. Je ne mesure que 1m58 Il est très fin donc certains ne le trouverons peut-être pas assez moelleux. Un peu lourd aussi mais livré avec sa housse de transport Bref je l'adore ❤️
