Easy to pack snack
Good size for a snack. Shelf stable so no need to refrigerate which makes it handy to pack in a sack lunch. Taste is acceptable, but not quite as tasty as homemade tapioca pudding.

My roommate who claims to dislike tapioca pudding (I had bought 24 packs of vanilla/chocolate pudding for house) so this was just for me. Imagine my surprise when all the vanilla/chocolate puddings were gone, but I had no tapioca pudding left! Apparently it was delicious and great for a quick snack at work on break.
