Had this over a year, washed it often and still looks good and works well. I always bring it to outdoor restaurants and events and keep it on his doggie bed. I have a long haired dog (Cavalier) and this makes his life a little more comfortable.

This product didn’t real have a cooling effect for my dogs kennel at night. It honestly became more of a chew toy than anything in which it was destroyed in a matter of minutes. I wouldn’t waste my money buying this.

I have an older dog who is very sensitive to heat and I wanted to get her a cooing pad. When this came, I was surprised as ones I've had in years past held water. This is a pad with two different textured sides. It definitely does feel cooler and stays cooler - not by much but by enough. All my dogs wanted to be on it so I'm ordering another one today. It's a generous sized pad as well. I think if you want a blanket type pad for a crate or for a mat this is a good choice.
