Great little machine!
As a former barista trained on a La Marzoccco machine, I find this little cappuccino machine perfect for my home needs. I am the only one drinking coffee in the house and the clunky,10-cup drip coffee machine was too much.I grind my own beans and make 4 cups of espresso in the morning. The little frothing wand is wonderful. Be sure and get one of those steamer pitchers. I've been using a tiny glass creamer pitcher from Goodwill, but it's too short and I make a mess.Half my morning brew goes into hot cappuccino for breakfast. The rest I put in a glass bottle with maple syrup and coconut milk and refrigerate after it cools off for an afternoon coffee break.Cleanup is incredibly simple. There is a clip to hold the basket in place when you bang the used coffee puck out. I didn't realize this and ordered a tamping bucket. You don't need one.The parts disassemble in a flash -- the 2 part metal coffee ground holder thingie, the carafe, and the 2-part frothed. I just rinse well and leave on a towel to dry.I have not yet scorched anything with the frothed, but I'm using non-dairy milks. Still, I added avocado oil, honey, and cinnamon to unsweetened coconut milk and it frothed well.Tomorrow I will try some hot chocolate using only the frother. If you aren't brewing coffee, use the frothing wand to heat your liquid. Just fill the water reservoir and turn to the steam setting. The instructions are clearly written by a non-native English speaker, but you can figure it out.

Price is Nice But…
For the price, it is a pretty amazing, glorified drip coffee machine. You can’t control the speed at which the shots get pulled and they get pulled pretty quickly with no crema or body, but it’s coffee. It comes with a damper and it’s easy to use if you can get past locking the filter in without splitting the plastic shell of the machine in half. There’s also the awkward special warranty card inside that says that they will give you a brand new machine in a year if you put in a special code on a website. The website isn’t protected and it’s also nonexistent. The website that I found was like a strange, sketchy online catalog for a variety of products that mentions everything except for, you guessed it, an espresso machine. It feels like one of those EZ Bake oven that make food with a light bulb. It’s still food and it is technically from an oven, but yea, it’s nothing like the real thing. If you’re fine with that though, have fun! It seems like a good coffee maker that makes coffee using an espresso-making process.

Quick and Easy to clean
I drink about 10-12 espressos a week. I go through an espresso machine about once a year. Whether if it’s an $800 machine or an $80 machine, in my view they both work for my needs. So, I opt for the less expensive version. People are always amazed when they visit that such a good espresso or good cappuccino comes from such an inexpensive unit; but let’s face it, it’s more about the coffee than the machine. This is a steam espresso machine, so it does heat the coffee, but doesn’t burn it. I like steam vs pump, because the temperature of the coffee with some pumps is just above lukewarm. So, this is a great product for the price.

Recommended, Great Value
Full disclosure, my husband uses unit and I do not. It makes the most delicious cappuccinos, I have been cured of my DD habit! (And am saving a lot of money lol.) Only problem is that he says the espresso arm lock light doesn't work. Before 1st use, we ran multiple batches of hot water thru and it still smelled funny. Ran a mix of vinegar water thru, flushed a few more times and we were good to go! We have used both regular milk and almond milk, they froth great. Using French Roast coffee. The supplier has sent several follow-ups to us (thru Amazon) with hints for proper use, asking for suggestions for improvement for the unit etc so it seems like they will stand behind their product (I have never responded to them.)I expected to pay much more for an espresso machine, so this was a very pleasant surprise at the cost. Heck, even if it breaks down now it has already paid for itself after no more $4 DD lattes/cappuccinos. We also wanted to move away from Keurig/Nespresso pods for environmental reasons.Very very satisfied, would buy again.

Great machine at a great price!
This is a fantastic machine! Having never owned an espresso machine, I didn’t know how this venture would go. To my surprise this is extremely easy to use and the customer service has been great when contacted. In less than a month with the machine it has become part of my daily routine and replaced trips to big coffee chains. A great price, great flavor and easy to use. I highly recommend this for a starter machine or for anyone wanting to explore the world of espresso on their own.

Home Barista Fun
I got this for about more than a week. At first, it took a lot of trial and error to get into a groove, a routine on how to use it. After awhile, I got it and I make the perfect Caramel Cappuccino to my liking. I really do love how small, compact and how fun it is to be my own barista at home. I could've bought an "espresso pod" machine where you just click a button or two to get your drink of choice, but I got this for the experience. I really do look forward to doing this in the morning as it has now become a natural addition to my morning routine.Addition: I love how quick and easy the customer support team responded to me for a replacement steam sleeve metal cover. I was even willing to pay for an extra replacement, but they were nice enough to provide it to me free charge. Can't beat the quick customer support service and awesome product. I agree with the positive reviews and would recommend this espresso machine to all my fellow coffee lovers.
