It worked with my benq monitor. check the kind of socket for your device

Can this be used for samsung 51f5500 plasma tv?

As shown in the product photos it has a IEC male plug. If your TV has IEC female socket (which could be the case) then it can.

Will it work as replacement of my benq monitor's power cord that fits in 16a socket? benq's cord spec shows that it needs 10a input current at 250v?

The rigth angle won't fit on Benq monitor as it has power socket in corner (Mobius ex2510s). If your monitor has too, please do check first.

Can it connect to 220w kattle?

As shown in the product photos it has a IEC male plug. If your kettle has IEC female socket (which is unlikely) then it can. It is suitaible for 220 volts and should work fine up to 1100 watt operation.
