It comes from Europe so delivery time is not short, but the wait is well worth it. The product is not a permanent "coloring product" per se, but there are definitely "coloring molecules" or something in the rinse. For me, I apply "Havana" to my "washed out blond hair" from summer sun and it gives it a caramel hue--softens it.
