Xprite makes an Awesome Product and Customer Service is very Impressive setting the Bar very High!
I have owned several of their products over the years and they have never let us down. On-time we broke a product in extreme conditions and asked to get a part to repair it, being very clear "we broke it", and were shocked to have a whole new unit shipped to us free of charge! That it works and it does
Was surprised by the American Flag since Toronto isn't part of the USA at least not yet. The LEDs work fine and it is going on a Recumbent Trike so Big Trucks and Buses see it and don't run over me. My other Horizontal Xprite LEDs go Horizontal so people in cars don't plow into me unless they are Texting, DUI, reading a book, adjusting their makeup, setting a new station on their radio or are looking at everything except what is in front of them.

Had issues
Product is very bright and seemed well built. Real world use, it broke. Not many rides in and the connection stoped working, drilled hole and by passed the wire connection issue, 4th ride the poly tube broke and has other stress cracks from whipping around. I ride outside of the sand Dunes so perhaps not suited for my use.Would like to replace with another whip but not for the few rides I got out of it.Would like to add, since my issues exprite stepped up and offered a replacement whip. Great service and happy they stand behind their product.Happy camper now!

Will buy another one!
Awesome product. Very well built and super bright. Even comes with a protective cap for the main connector. Cannot comment yet on durability but will be putting it to the test very soon. Will update then.

Base?
So do i have Macgyver up a base for this l.e.d flag ploe or is there a ez installation like it said on the box
