I first purchase this locally when I was working on the assembly line to wear under my hard hat. It kept the sweat in the top of the hard hat (amazing) and my hair remain dry. I am no longer on an assembly line. Now I use it after I shampoo my hair instead of getting under the dryer to protect my hair from the heat I wear this. I love the results. I also wear it when I workout, walking and running. When I came across it on Amazon I had to buy more than one.I really don't want to be without it.Thanks so much for an amazing product.

If you have straight hair it will slip back which is a little annoying. But it does help keep sweat away from your face and keep your hair in place.

Excellent product. Perfect for braids during intense cardio, HIIT and hot yoga classes.

This sweat band is great for the money and size.Sometimes I wear under baseball and running caps while exercising.I also wear when I just want to protect my hair i.e. errands/cleaning etc it’s very lightweight.

The band does an ok job absorbing sweat at hairline. The mesh doesn't really do much to absorb sweat, but if tied tightly keeps hair from being a mess.
