I purchased 2 of these Galaxy Tab A 8 inch covers, one for me and one for my mother-in-law. They were both very nice. They are the same size and fit the tablet perfectly. Both came with a cleaning cloth and a stylus. However, they were not identical, which surprised me.The solid-colored Purple case (mine) had a smooth, more leather-like feel. The plastic holding the tablet in place is clearly sturdier, and took a little more effort to get the tablet into. I also had to work the plastic surrounding the charging plug a little to allow the plug to fit, but since that initial effort, it fits fine. The power and volume buttons on the side are covered by the plastic, not exposed. They work but you have to feel for them a little bit. For some people, this would probably be frustrating.The Blue Butterfly (my mother-in-law's) has a slightly textured, more plastic-y feel. If it got soiled, I think it would wipe off nicely with a damp cloth. The plastic holding the tablet in place is not as sturdy, but the holes are a little larger and easy to use, and the power and volume buttons on the side of the tablet are exposed through holes in the plastic. They are a lot easier to feel and work. It also has an elastic holder for the stylus, which the solid colored case did not.There are pros and cons to each type of cover. As it turns out, in addition to getting the visual look we each wanted, the physical differences between the two cases lined up nicely for us. Good luck with yours!

Love it, perfect fit & much better than the floppy style version I had before.

Perfect and so pretty.

..not cut out. Any movement and plastic shuts it down. I take it out of case and I don't have that problem. Other than that nice quality. I bought purple case. Everything else was cut out. Don't understand why these were not cut out. Will contact seller.UPDATE- Seller offered to replace. Design defect of product. I like color & design, don't like other choices. I'll modify & deal with it.

The magnet is poorly located so it shuts off the screen when it's open OR closed(which is EXTREMELY annoying)... other than that, it's pretty good.

I love the look of and the color of this case however the buttons on the tablet are a little difficult to reach and for some reason my tablet kept shutting off automatically. I think it had something to do with the magnet in the tab that keeps the cover closed as the cover I went back to using also has a magnet in it and as soon as I partially close the cover on it the tablet turns off. I may try cutting the tab off to see if that helps.

This is a beautiful case. It's sturdy and fit perfectly. My only complaint is it doesn't have a holder for the pen, so it's easy to lose. It was also difficult to charge with the case. My cable kept failing out. But overall great product!

The tab on the cover obstructs the tablet screen. Also, there's no catch area to ensure the tablet can stand either vertically or horizontally. In horizontal position, tablets falls flat...If it's going to fall flat, you might as well not have a cover.Colour is rich and looks good, but, that's it...

The case is exactly as shown and looks great.it is sturdy enough to protect the tablet and the clasp is strong enough to hold the case closed. I really like the inside pocket for notes as well.

Love this! Protects my tablet well, has slots to hold things and is a great shade of purple.
