How fast are these rc cars? No fun if they’re slow moving.

Hello, dear consumers, our remote control car has been tested to be 10-12KM/H. The error lies in the power of the battery, your use occasion and the climate when you use it. Thank you very much for your interest in our products. We are very shocked that Jacqueline encountered such a problem. Please contact us through Amazon customer service. We will give you a solution that satisfies you. From raw materials to finished products, every step of our products is strictly controlled and multiple quality inspection links. We will not shirk our responsibilities, we attach great importance to consumers' feelings and care for our brand very much. We are very sorry that you have encountered such a problem. I apologize to you.

What type of battery charger do I need to recharge the battery for this? Are they all standard or do I need a specific type/brand/model?

This Model requires a USB type connection to charge the battery pack for the car. I have the 1/16 scale size, it should be the same type.

What’s the difference between a 1/12 and a 1/16

It’s the scale of the toy car compared to a real car. A 1/12 scale means that each part of the real car is 12 times larger than the same part on the toy car. For example, a real car tire is 12 times larger than the tire on the toy car. A 1/16 scale means a real car tire is 16 times larger than the tire on the toy car. So a toy car that is 1/12 scale is larger than a toy car that is 1/16 scale.
